Handy guide on how to reduce business environmental impact

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners has published a handy guide for GPs on how to reduce their environmental impact. It contains many suggestions that would be widely applicable not just to medical practices but to many modern businesses. The College recommends for our family doctors to consider ways to conserve energy, reduce waste, recycle, and use active transport to get and from the practice. Importantly the College encourages the GPs to not only change their own environmental footprint and that of their practice but also to talk to their patients about what they can do to improve our environment’s health. This is fantastic as we all know that the advice by our GPs is one of the most trustworthy sources of information for people in Australia.
