The program for this year’s Green Heart Fair looks interesting. There are many talks between 9 and 2 from keeping bees to better recycling. You can swap clothes, pick up free plants and generally learn about activities to increase sustainability. This year the fair is held at Victoria Park in Herston which is being transformed from a Golf Course to a parkland. You can easily cycle from The Gap to Herston all the way on cyclepaths along Enoggera Creek and through Downey Park.
